The equipment adopts man-machine interface, PLC control and intelligent operation. It is used for washing, filling and sealing equipment for filling aluminum bottles. The output is 6000 bottles per hour.
One process:
Flushing: manually put the bottle into the conveyor, send the bottle to the flushing station through the dial wheel, clamp the bottle mouth with the bottle flushing clamp, turn the bottle over 180 degrees, turn on the water pump, flush the inner wall of the bottle with sterile water, drain and turn over 180 degrees after flushing, and send it to the filling process through the dial wheel.
Second process:
Filling: the bottle bottom is adopted, and the centering device is used to fill with micro negative pressure to ensure the filling liquid level and no floor drain.
Three processes:
Capping: the aluminum cap screw head customized according to different caps will automatically drop the cap with the cap, and then screw the cap. The screw head rotates 360 degrees. The blades around the screw head are also tightened to draw beautiful lines, and the screw head will not damage the cap. |
